Education Booking Enquiry

1. Mindfield and Behind The Scenes programs are available Mon-Fri
2. Self Guided Tours are available when our gallery is open Wednesday – Friday
3. To make a booking please select the preferred month and click the 'Go' button, and review the dates available in that month.
4. Select from the available times and click on the Continue Booking button.
5. Fill in all details on the booking form page and click on the Submit button to complete your booking enquiry.

Booking Notes:

• Please use a separate form for each booking.
• A minimum of 10 and a maximum of 70 students per booking.
• Please detail any special requirements in the comments section.
• Cancellation of a paid Dax Centre Education Program must be in writing no less than two weeks prior to the booking. You will not receive a refund for cancellations after this date.
• Please Note: All prices listed are per student and are exclusive of GST. We have recently changed our Education Booking Payment process. We now require groups to pay at the time of booking. For further information or to chat about an alternative payment option, please contact our team.
