A guided tour through our current exhibitions with an overview of the history of The Dax Centre and the heritage listed Cunningham Dax Collection

Discussion on mental wellbeing, mental health stigma and the role of art and creativity in leading a fulfilling and mentally healthy life

Optional: Exploration of creative self-care strategies suitable for everyone (no prior art-making experience required!)
